At Luminen Clothing, we aim to provide high-quality apparel and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn
  • All original tags must be intact
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is mandatory

Luminen Clothing reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

2. Exchange Policy (Recommended Option)

We encourage size exchanges instead of refunds to ensure you get the perfect fit.

  • One size exchange is allowed per order
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup fee: ₹99 (deducted from refund amount)
  • If the item received is damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as Sale / Clearance
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or improper handling
  • Products returned without original tags

 

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned item.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer
  • Customer must provide valid bank details
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

6. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images of the issue
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

 

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

9. Final Decision

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Luminen Clothing. The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
