Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Flat shipping fee of ₹46 per order
  • Applicable across all serviceable locations in India
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

International Shipping

·        Flat shipping fee of ₹2,999 per order

·        This fee is all-inclusive, covering shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and handling charges

·        Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges at the time of delivery

Estimated delivery timeline:

·        7–15 business days (may vary depending on destination country)

Please note that international delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance processes or unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Within India:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

International Orders:

  • 7–15 business days (may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance)

Luminen Clothing fulfills orders through logistics aggregators and third-party courier partners.
Courier partners are dynamically selected based on availability, serviceability, and operational efficiency at the time of shipment.

We are affiliated with Shiprocket to facilitate order fulfillment and tracking.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • Customers can monitor real-time shipment status through the tracking link

7. Delays in Delivery

8. Address & Delivery Responsibility
